Background/Professional Experience

Robert Sanchez is currently employed by Winn Residential since July 2008, a large national real estate management company headquartered in Boston, MA, Currently a Property Manager for Hampton Square Apartments, originally Robert was hired as an Assistant Property Manager and he got promoted to Property Manager in September of 2009. He is Responsible for planning, controlling, and directing the day to day operation of the 186 Units Tax Credit Property, and for maintaining effective and harmonious resident relations. Robert’s position is to meet the financial objectives of the ownership and management, to protect the value and integrity of the real estate investments, and to be responsive to all applicable government agency standards and requirements & compliance. Robert has been working in professional real estate management for three in a half years; prior to property management Robert was in the full service hotel hospitality management business for ten years. He has experience with property types including low income housing tax credit/Section 42, Section 8 & Bond Properties.

Robert is a licensed California Real Estate Agent and holds these professional designations through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). Accredited Resident Manager® (ARM), Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) through National Affordable Housing Association(NAHMA)

Robert is currently a member of the San Joaquin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce; He also recently became a member for the Winn Green Committee. He is also an active IREM “Institute of Real Estate Management” member.
